At Coastal Coaching, we aim to create meaningful change in Social Housing environments, particularly where diversity is lacking in senior roles resulting in diversity pay gaps.
While more providers are opening doors for diverse people in senior positions, there may be several reasons why some don’t achieve these roles, such as, organisational culture, perceptions, satisfaction levels, values and (un)conscious bias. We address not only the symptoms within the business but also work to reprogramme individuals’ negative inner narratives often rooted in past experiences.

Creating Progression Pathways – Align & Advance
Our aim is to support you in creating pathways and structures within your business to develop and retain confident, diverse talent.
It’s all about attracting a great cross-section of skilled people who can apply for and attain leadership roles while lessening diversity pay gaps.
You may be doing some things brilliantly but need help making those all-important impactful changes.

Align – £950
We think the best approach is to assess the business as it is now so we can create a set of bespoke recommendations focussing on actions that create a clear progression pathway for the future.
Advance – bespoke (day rate – £950)
Supporting the business to embed and integrate agreed recommendations over a 2-3 month project (unless otherwise agreed). You’ll receive regular updates, saving you time and without the need to increase the “project management” workload of your staff further.
Building Confident Leaders – Achieve
Sometimes though, talented staff lack the confidence to move into key roles.
Inner struggles with self-doubt and anxiety affect their performance, contribution and potential for growth, causing some leaders to never truly contribute in the most valuable ways – their thoughts and ideas.
But their experiences and back story are what led them to being the person they are today and they can bring to the table in terms of fresh perspective.
Happy, fulfilled individuals stay the course and are better placed to become the star leaders you want heading up your teams.
Having a varied workforce from different backgrounds, ethnicities and genders at Boardroom level, and supporting them to grow and flourish in their roles, and by getting the right people involved in decision making, you will be an organisation that meets the needs of both its staff and residents.
This will improve engagement and overall satisfaction across the board, and help you meet the new RSH Transparency, Influence and Accountability Regulation.
Achieve (packages from £5,750 per head)
Through structured “SUCCESS” model coaching we help individuals embrace their unique abilities, improve their mental well-being and fine-tune their performance and leadership skills.

Creative, one-on-one coaching addressing specific issues to provide actionable steps for progress and empowerment in a period of change and challenge.
Masterclasses & Workshops
Tailored interactive sessions varying in length from 1 hour to a full day. These can include access to bespoke supporting workbooks.
Team Talks
Tailored discussions or presentations on specified topics to meet your current needs. Flexible in duration from 20-45 minutes plus time for Q&As, as agreed.
