Coaching, as defined by the International Coaching Federation, involves ‘partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.’ While counselling allows you to talk through problems and find solutions, coaching focuses on moving forward positively. I employ counselling skills to draw information from you, and coaching provides guidance, strategies, and support to propel you beyond the problem.

I assist women in business who are not reaching their full potential due to past or present negative relationships. I help you tap into your potential, break patterns of negative self-talk, and rediscover your identity. Let’s work together to unleash the leader within you.

All I need is your commitment and a notebook and pen. Once signed up, block time in your diary for sessions and reflection. I’ll guide you through reflective practices to deepen your learning or prepare for our discussions.

Feel at ease during sessions, like having a chat with someone who understands your experiences. Sessions include guided conversations with coaching strategies tailored to your challenges. Expect discussions on self-view, values, limiting beliefs, fears, and habits. Between sessions, engage in reflective practices to enhance your learning.

Despite initial concerns about remote sessions, clients have developed close bonds and even friendships. Zoom doesn’t hinder the coaching process, allowing us to build strong connections and work effectively toward your goals.

All sessions are conducted remotely via Zoom. Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes, and I encourage 20 minutes afterward for regrouping. Reflect on your learning through weekly practices between sessions.

We regularly check your progress against set outcomes. At the session’s start, we’ll set a ‘mini goal,’ and by the end, we’ll ensure you feel it’s achieved. Share any concerns, and we can adjust our approach to meet your needs.

1:1 programmes initially span 13 sessions, providing a week between each for reflection. This equates to approximately 4 months together, but we can discuss ongoing needs towards the programme’s end.

While consistency is beneficial, I can offer flexibility to accommodate shifting schedules.

Programmes with added support offer additional phone, text, or video call assistance between sessions. VIP programmes provide up to 4 extra Zoom sessions at no additional cost.

Currently, only the 1:1 Luxury Retreat offers in-person sessions. I’m open to face-to-face meetings for local clients but find online calls offer numerous benefits.

Your information is confidential unless there’s a risk of harm or with your permission for referral. Even if someone else pays for sessions, they only know attendance details, not session content. I’m registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, ensuring data privacy.
